I’ve spent practically all my time in Ghana in southern parts of the country, i.e. the Greater Accra, Central and Eastern regions.  The former two border the Atlantic Ocean or, as it is more specifically called in this part of the world, the Gulf of Guinea.  The Eastern Region is a bit more to the north, being the one I prefer out of the three due to its greenery. Some years ago, I also spent a couple of months around Kumasi, i.e. in the Ashanti Region which is, in a way, further north than the Eastern Region though still in the southern half of the country. Slowly but surely, my little homey Latif is venturing deeper and deeper into the realm of real estate.  And every time he comes across an exciting property, he sends it to me so that I can let the world know via GHfind .  For example, a couple of weeks ago he sent me information on a walled plot of land in Nsawam , an area that's sorta up in the mountains. But the latest scoop consists of a roadside plot with a large structure found in Kwabenya , which is a part of Greater Accra .  As it currently stands, said structure is about 30% complete. To my current understanding, the house consists of nine separate apartments in total, spread across two storeys.
